You might have been reading some of my recent Facebook posts in which I've been talking all about Spiral and my recent graduation as Spiral practitioner.
So what is it all about?

The Spiral process is for you if you want to significantly raise your energetic vibration, leave behind a lifetime of accumulated baggage and accelerate your spiritual development.
For me it stirred up some serious stuff; after years of doing self development work and clearing baggage, I had to question more early childhood patterns, had conversations with myself and others that I have avoided for a very long time and began to really question and move through all parts of my being.
But once the dust settled I emerged with higher self-worth, a deep sense of peace in all situations, so much more love for myself and others, fully trusting in myself and a deep knowing that where I am is where i’m meant to be. I could finally really move forward in my business too!
ITS PURPOSE IS TO CLEAR THE LARGEST AMOUNT OF EMOTIONAL BAGGAGE (locked into your mind and body!!) ACROSS ALL AREAS IN THE LEAST AMOUNT OF TIME POSSIBLE. (and I've always loved speed! lol )
I personally feel the Spiral is one of the most potent and efficient tools in personal transformation I’ve discovered, as it uses a combination of Kinesiology (on steroids!), NLP, Timeline therapy and Chinese medicine to map and clear the emotionial triggers and trauma accumulated over years of subconscious conditioning.
I love integrating it with The Footprint Connection Reflexology, but also separately, through my 8 week online journey The Ultimate Breakthrough. There is no limit of how to apply this amazing tool!
The Spiral Journey is a path through seven levels over seven weeks (plus one integration week) and clears any emotional blockages that most restrict our development as an integrated being.
